The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the <br /> County and provide adequate drainage for the improvements <br /> (development ) . The acceptance or approval by the County of <br /> the drainage system does not relieve the developer (or his <br /> engineer ) of the responsibility of providing an adequate <br /> drainage system. <br /> i . In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, <br /> the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in said section. <br /> j . Full street width improvements along Etcheverry Drive and <br /> Court, in compliance with Section 1612 of Ordinance 2634 <br /> and Ordinance 672, shall be provided within the sub- <br /> division. MacArthur Drive shall be fully improved on the <br /> subdivision side in compliance with County standards. <br /> k. Water system or methods shall conform to the requirements <br /> of the Local Health District, the Department of Public <br /> Works, and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 . <br /> 1 . A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section 9-1507 <br /> of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> m. The County Service Area shall be formed prior to the con- <br /> sideration of the Final Map to maintain and operate a <br /> drainage system. <br />
