Locke Rd. , Lockeford ) <br /> This project alone will have only minimal impact on current law enforcement procedures, <br /> continued growth of this nature will necessitate the establishment of a funding mechan <br /> -ism to maintain the current level of police service. <br /> It is recommended that the following Crime Prevention Concepts be incorporated in the <br /> project design: <br /> (1) The private road open onto Locke Rd. at both ends; <br /> (2) The street width be 52' ; <br /> (3) Street lighting to meet county standared; <br /> (4) The open common area be lighted by an engineered system which <br /> provides a minimum level or "maintained lighting" of one quarter <br /> foot candle per square foot of open space to include all foot <br /> paths; <br /> (5) Construction to meet the California Model Building Security <br /> ordinance; <br /> (6) Construction to apply Defensible Space Concepts particularly <br /> on the design of homes along the common area. <br />
