The form is printing with the top five lines missing. These five lines include the battery cores <br /> destination, a mandatory part of the BOL. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)66266.81 Requirements <br /> Title 13 CCR 1161 Shipping Papers <br /> Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 172, Subpart C and 49 CFR 177.817 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a complete copy of five 2022 battery core bill of lading records and a corrective <br /> action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> 1. RBA100 RUST BARRIER FLAT was returned 8-10-21, becoming hazardous waste on that day. The product <br /> container was labeled"DAMAGED", 'RED BUCKET". The waste was not stored in the RED hazardous waste <br /> bucket. <br /> 2. UP4845 RAPTOR CLEARCOAT was returned 3-14-22, becoming hazardous waste on that day. The product <br /> container was labeled"DAMAGED", 'RED BUCKET". The waste was not stored in the RED hazardous waste <br /> bucket. <br /> 3. POULAN PRO 2-STR engine oil was returned 2-2-22, becoming hazardous waste on that day. The product <br /> container was labeled"DAMAGED", "MANAGER DISPOSE". The waste was not stored in the used oil tank. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended <br /> and replaces the initial report. Violation 601 was removed since the waste falls under satellite accumulation <br /> rules.
