<br /> well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet
<br /> facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons:in

<br /> Observed debris and stains on ceiling above cooking area. Clean and paint ceiling to provide smooth, light-colored,
<br /> cleanable surface.
<br /> Observed damaged walls in walk-in cooler, under left 1 comp sink, in women's restroom, and under counter near ice
<br /> machine. Observed FRP coming off above 2 dr Atosa reach-in kitchen. Foam material and steel wool used to seal holes
<br /> under dishwasher drainboard, left 1 comp sink, and kitchen hand sink. Repair walls and provide smooth, cleanable surfaces.
<br /> Observed missing grout between floor tiles throughout facility. Observed damaged floor tiles near walk-in/dishwasher area.
<br /> Observed missing coving under left 1 comp sink and damaged/missing coving in walk-in cooler. Repair/replace flooring.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor
<br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
<br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143(d),
