There are no storm water basins on the property dedicated to the 10 acre illegal truck parking. <br />No permits have been obtained or a business license has not be acquired to operate this business. The local San <br />Joaquin Council of Governments has a habitat program for which approval has to be gained once a habitat mitigation <br />fees is paid by the developer. The SJCOG confirm no permit has been obtained from them and nor has any fees <br />been paid. California Water Boards the formal entity that manages the storm water program has not been contacted <br />and nor as an approval obtained form them. However, on a daily basis diesel truck related repairs are conducted on <br />the property which has the potential for the discharge from trucks pose a high risk to contaminate the ground. The <br />proeprty uses a local water well.
