The <br />following were observed during the inspection: an approximately 10,000 gallon pool filled with an <br />unknown chemical mixture, various containers of fertilizers, carbon dioxide tanks and filters, and <br />isopropyl alcohol. <br />VIOLATION: Please be advised that disposal of hazardous waste at an unauthorized point is a violation <br />of California Health and Safety Code Section 25189.5. Storing greater than 55 gallons or 500 pounds of <br />hazardous materials requires a hazardous materials business plan per California Health and Safety Code <br />section 25507. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove and dispose of all hazardous waste and describe how the <br />hazardous materials on-site will be handled. Provide hazardous waste determinations and <br />waste/hazardous waste disposal records to the EHD. Please be aware that all hazardous waste shall be <br />disposed of under appropriate hazardous waste manifesting procedure [HSC 25160 (b)(3)]. <br />Eligible wastes may be disposed of by appointment on Wednesdays at the San Joaquin County <br />Public Works Department Small Business Hazardous Waste Consolidation Facility located at <br />7850 RA Bridgeford Street, Stockton CA.
