The name and phone number of the nearest <br />emergency services was lacking. Provide prior to resuming pool operations and correction has been verified by this <br />department. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br /> #17 Cleanliness of Pool <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed algae and debris inside and on the surface of the pool. Clean and remove all debris. Keep <br />pool closed until the corrections are made and have been verified by this department. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to accumulate <br />in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool surfaces clean <br />and free of slime and algae. Four major violations were observed and some minor violations. <br />Keep pool closed. A re-inspection is needed to verify corrections in order to resume pool operations.
