APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals must be filed with this Department within 1 0 days of the action with an appeal fee of $711.85. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on October 21, 2022. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by April 21, 2024).
