COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> 1:06 pm <br />12:36 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: STOCKTON MOBIL 3 Date: 07/14/2022 <br />Address: 2358 E WATERLOO RD, STOCKTON 95205 <br />Owner/Operator: NASHIR, ABDO Telephone: (209) 227-5499 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0055023 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE FACILITY IS FILTHY, THE BISCUITS ARE HARD AS ROCKS, THE CHICKEN IS OLD, <br />AND NONE OF THE FOOD IS DATED. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />Corn dogs -- Hot hold unit -- 150.00º F Biscuits -- Hot Hold unit -- 150.00º F <br />Potato wedges -- Hot hold unit -- 167.00º F Fried Chicken -- Hot hold unit -- 167.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site in response to complaint investigation. Spoke to employee regarding the complaint. I was allowed to inspect the <br />premises including the hot holding unit for the fried chicken, biscuits, corn dogs, and potato wedges. The hot holding unit was <br />on and measured at 167 F. Temperatures for the individual food items were taken. No violation was identified. None of the <br />complaint allegations were verified. <br />Inspection report was mailed to facility. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
