Paper liners <br />are also being used on shelves below cutting tables in meat department. Remove towels and paper liners as they are not <br />cleanable surfaces to protect food prep and storage areas from contamination. Correct today. <br />Wooden top rolling carts were observed in the meat department. The wooden tops were gauged, chipped and had black <br />build-up. Paint/seal/repair wooden tops as they are not cleanable surfaces to protect food prep and storage areas from <br />contamination.
