Your above ground storage tank permit will be inactivated with San Joaquin County Environmental Health. Observed two above ground fuel tanks ( one 10,000 gallon empty, and one 10,000 gallon with diesel inside approximately 7,000gallon). This tanks and petroleum products are now operated, control and managed by AC trucking Company. All other materials were removed sold out in October 2021. * This property is now owned, occupied and run by AC trucking Company. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE. THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
