Each party in the chain of custody, <br /> including the generator, signs and keeps a copy of the manifest for tracking purposes. <br /> EPA ID numbers are needed by all parties that sign the manifest and hazardous waste <br /> transporters in California must be registered with the DTSC. <br /> 12 of 13 <br />
