SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL: <br /> 8. The following items must be completed prior to scheduling the final inspection: <br /> a. An accurate and drawn to scale as-built drawing, which indicates the location of the UST system <br /> (underground storage tanks, piping, auxiliary and monitoring equipment)with respect to buildings <br /> or other landmarks, per CCR 2711(a)(8), must be submitted to EHD. <br /> b. Copies of any required installation checklists (tank, etc.) must be submitted to EHD. <br /> c. The designated operator(DO) training requirement must be satisfied, per CCR 2715(f). <br /> d. Submit to CERS all applicable hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and UST submittals. The <br /> submittal must be approved by EHD. <br /> 9. A "UST Certification of Installation/Modification" form for installed tank systems shall be submitted into <br /> CERS by the owner or operator, pursuant to CCR 2635(d). <br /> 10.
