The <br /> following container was observed: <br /> One full 55-gallon container labeled: Hazardous Waste, O'Reilly, 3228 E Hammer Lane, brake shavings solids, <br /> accumulation start date 12-30-20. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Satellite accumulated waste shall not be stored on site for more than 180 days(90 <br /> days-acutely or extremely hazardous waste)after the container was filled,or more than one year if not full, <br /> whichever comes first. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste in compliance with Title 22 California Code <br /> of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the hazardous waste disposal record to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> 1. 2-gallon full unlabeled container of brake rotor metal shavings near the brake rotor machine. <br /> 2. One full 5-gallon container labeled: Hazardous Waste, O'Reilly, 3228 E Hammer Lane, brake shavings solids, <br /> accumulation start date 12-30-20. The label is missing the hazardous properties. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
