Corrected on site, bar was not being used during the inspection <br /> and manager will have either water heater turned up or have gas turned on in kitchen to temporarily heat water to at least <br /> 100 F for washing until water heater is working. Provide food handler cards for bartenders within 30 days of hiring and maintain records on site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties.
