Clean floor today and as needed. <br />I observe one missing tile, underneath the right side hot hold unit by the fryers station, and waste water is collected on the <br />floor. Clean the floor today and replace tile in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable.
