Repair/replace prior to operating. <br /> Observed depressed concrete floor area in kitchen. Repair flooring so that there is no depression prior to operating. <br /> Observed damaged cove tile near walk-in. Repair dishwasher <br /> so that is it working properly and is able to provide at least 50 ppm for sanitizing utensils if it will be used. <br /> Discussed report with Harjit Kumar.
