A NOI must be submitted 48 hours prior to the start of application. <br />2. Specific conditions for field applications of Chloropicrin and Chloropicrin in combination with Other Products will be attached <br />at the time of permit supplement issuance. <br />QL Dicamba and Phenoxy <br />CONDITION - QL - DICAMBA AND PHENOXY HERBICIDES - north Eight Mile Rd. <br />In addition to all applicable laws, regulations and label restrictions, the CONDITIONS CHECKED BELOW APPLY to <br />applications covered by this permit. <br />[X] 1. No ester formulation applications allowed. <br />[X] 2. Do not discharge material more than 10 feet above the crop or target. <br />[X] 3. A drift reducing agent shall be added to the spray mixture at label rates. <br />[X] 4. Maximum wind velocity for Phenoxy herbicides - 10 m.p.h. <br />[X] 5. Maximum wind velocity for Dicamba - 10 m.p.h. EXCEPT when wind is moving in direction of sensitive crops, the <br />maximum wind velocity - 5 m.p.h. <br />[X] 6. No Dicamba or Phenoxy herbicide applications allowed beginning March 16 and continuing through October 15, and <br />until grape leaves in the vicinity of the treated area are "browned off'. <br />Revised 11/15 <br />SITE CONDITIONS <br />B Pesticide Use Near Schoolsites <br />CONDITION B Pesticide Use Near Schools/Day cares <br />All pesticide applications for production of an agricultural commodity within 1/4 mile (1,320 feet) of a school or day care shall <br />follow Title 3 California Code of Regulations sections 6690, 6691 and 6692. This includes applications of adjuvants and 25(b) <br />pesticides. <br />Schools include: Public K-12 schools, including publicly -funded charter schools. <br />Daycares include: Licensed child day care facilities, except family day care homes, as defined by Health and Safety Code. <br />Application restrictions are in effect Monday -Friday, 6am-6pm, while school is in session. <br />GVdP-L3 Managed irrigation <br />CONDITION - GWP -L3 - LEACHING GROUNDWATER PROTECTION AREAS. MANAGED IRRIGATION. <br />For six months after the application of 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticides, the permittee shall manage irrigation so that the ratio <br />of the amount of irrigation water applied divided by the net irrigation requirement is 1.33 or less. <br />
