Henry Rd., Escalon. Owner/Operator - Mick Evans: <br />Observed green waste, brush, metals, abandoned autos and other solid waste at time of inspection. <br />a. Remove solid waste and debris from site for legal disposal. <br />b. The EHD received the corrective action plan for the site remediation. Additional investigation should be done <br />prior to developing a cap plan. <br />c. The EHD will maintain the violation on the inspection report until all site work is finished. <br />23021 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner - Palomino: <br />Several concrete piles and other solid waste are still present on the property. No clean up activities have been <br />done since last inspection. This issue has been an ongoing problem. An Administrative Office Hearing will be <br />scheduled at a cost of $125.00/hr for a minimum of 2 hours. Owner should look for incoming mail. <br />a. Remove solid waste from for legal disposal. <br />x <br />20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces PP „r,.- <br />Comments: Observed several new piles of soil on the site. Part of the site was graded without notification of the <br />EHD. Grading permit has expired. <br />An Administrative Office Hearing will be scheduled at a cost of $125.00/hr for a minimum of 2 hours. Operator <br />should look for incoming mail. <br />a. Owner should obtain new grading permit before any grading activities. <br />b. Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities. <br />X <br />20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: 22865 S. Henry Rd., Escalon. Owner/Operator - Mick Evans: <br />Exposed solid waste observed on site due to erosion. <br />a. Provide adequate erosion/drainage control measures. <br />b. The EHD received the corrective action plan for the site remediation. Additional investigation should be done <br />prior to developing a cap plan. <br />c. The EHD will maintain the violation on the inspection report until all site work is finished. <br />
