Provide adequate erosion/drainage control measures. <br />b. The EHD received the corrective action plan for the site remediation. According to operator the final grade will <br />be likely in October 2013. Additional investigation should be done prior to developing a cap plan. <br />c. Work plan dated 12/17/04 calls for buried wastes to be consolidated, covered, graded and constructing an engineered <br />cap over the consolidated debris for an appropriate cover over the approximately 2 acres on the northern tip of the <br />property to meet State Minimum Standards of Cover. <br />b.
