Henry Rd., Escalon. Owner/Operator - Mick Evans: Violation <br />Observed green/wood waste, brush, metals, abandoned autos and other solid waste at time of inspection. <br />No work has been done since last inspection. <br />a. Remove solid waste and debris from site for legal disposal. <br />b. The EHD received the corrective action plan for the site remediation. Additional investigation should be done <br />prior to developing a cap plan. <br />c. The EHD will maintain the violation on the inspection report until all site work is finished. <br />23021 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner - Palomino: Violation <br />Big portion of solid waste observed during previous inspections has been removed, however piles of concrete <br />are still present on the property. <br />a. Remove remaining solid waste from the site for legal disposal upon receipt of this inspection report as was <br />agreed during the Administrative <br />Hearing. <br />b. The EHD will maintain the violation on the inspection report until all site work is finished. <br />X <br />21190 - Postclosure Land Use <br />Comments: 22865 S. Henry Rd., Escalon. Owner/Operator — Mick Evans: Violation <br />Observed several new piles of soil on site during time of inspection. <br />a. Owner should obtain grading permit before any grading activities. Submit copy to the EHD. <br />b. Owner should notify the EHD prior to any site activities. <br />x <br />20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: 22865 S. Henry Rd., Escalon. Owner/Operator - Mick Evans: Violation <br />Exposed solid waste observed on site due to erosion. <br />a. Provide adequate erosion/drainage control measures. <br />b. The EHD received the corrective action plan for the site remediation. Additional investigation should be done <br />prior to developing a cap plan. <br />c. The EHD will maintain the violation on the inspection report until all site work is fiNshed. <br />
