County's Health Department and the Deputy County Counsel. We are denied the use of
our purchased property. We are told that we will be faced with ongoing blocks in the
future to the use of our property.
The simple facts are:
I To return our current fifteen thousand spent. They can again
have this property and blow all the San Joaquin County money
they want on their property. They get the eyesore and problem
back in their title.
2. Enter into a long public and expensive legal battle over the
property. If the county wins, they get the eyesore and problem
back in their title. If they lose, they will have a large expense.
Either way, they only gain bad publicity for each of the county
departments and respective officials.
3. Stop all blockage of our cleanup and use of our purchased(in
good faith) property. Have these 10 acres become a productive
asset and property tax payer. The eyesore and problem is gone.
Richard Miller
