Remove card board and newspapers <br />today to provide non absorbent cleanable floor surface. <br />Floor and hard to reach corners, under the dry storage shelves and containers, have food debris. Clean floor today and as <br />needed. <br />I observe missing floor tiles between the dry storage area and the back prep area. Replace tiles with approved ones within 4 <br />weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable.
