The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for BOURBEAU RANCH 1 as of September 28, 2022. <br /> Open violations from May 06, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation#113-Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide any consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste streams( <br /> Used Oil) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action <br /> regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the receipts/manifests for Used Oil for the last three years . Maintain the records <br /> on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#301 -Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Employees do not drain oil filter properly. Observed oil on top of the oil filters drum and oil stain <br /> on the ground around the bottom of the drum. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean-up and leak/stain . Manage the waste according to Title 22 California <br /> Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
