Statement Date-Date statement was prepared for mail delivery. 2. Commodity-The type of utility service provided Gas/Electric. 3. Date Ready for Service(DRS)-The electric disbribution system is first energized or the gas distribution system is first pressurized, 4. Deficiency Billing Date-The date the allowance,originally given on your contract,must be justified. This is 6 months from the DRS(see#3 above)for Residential contracts and annually from DRS,for 3 years for Non-Residential contracts. 5. Cost Of Ownership Date-PG&E begins calculating and accumulating monthly Cost of Ownership charges on the remaining unrefunded advance after 12 months,from the Date Ready for Service,for Electric and 36 months,from Date Ready for Service, for Gas.Cost of Ownership does not apply to individual residential applicants or an extension of less than 5 residential meters. (Electric Rule 15,Section J and Gas Rule 15 Section 1). 6. Contract Expiration Date-The date the contract is scheduled to terminate. 7. Customer Advance-The Customer Advance is subject to refund if the 10-yr Refundable Option was chosen on your contract. (See page 2 of the Declarations). Your Customer Advance can be located on page 2 of your Electric and or Gas Cost Summary sheets,included in your contract. Depending which option was chosen on your contract,the line item will read as follows: Net: 10 Year Refundable Adavance Option Payment,or Net: Non Refundable Discount Option Payment 8. Total Allowances-Credit granted on your residential contract is based on information provided on your Application for Service. On a non-residential contract the allowance is based on the estimated distribution revenue that will be generated by the extension.Allowance can be located on page 2 of your Electric and or Gas Cost Summary sheets included in your contract. 9. Credit for Applicant Performed Work-Credit provided to the customer for Applicant Design or Applicant Performed Work. Credits for Applicant Performed Work can be located on page 2 of your Electric and or Gas Cost Summary sheets,included in your contract,under the headings of 10 Year Refundable Advance Option or Non-Refundable Discount Option. 0. Customer Refundable Balance-The remainh.g bal^nce subject to future refunds. Refunds only apply if the 10 Year Refundable Advance Option was chosen on your contract and specified conditions are met per the contract. 11. Unpaid Deficiency Bills-Bill issued when Allowances given were not justified.(See#4 above.) Bill issued but unpaid. 1.2. Accumulated Cost of Ownership-Monthly Cost of Ownership charge is based on the Remaining Refundable Balance plus Deficiency Balance(excluding Tax)multiplied by the current Cost of Ownership percentage.
