The uncertain regulatory status of the property has prevented Delta <br />Funding from selling it even to buyers willing to remove the debris, and none of the measures <br />taken by SJPHS/EHD or Delta Funding thus far has prevented continued illegal dumping on the <br />property. <br />Mr. Bednarek and I would like to discuss this with you further before <br />SJPHS/EHD or Delta Funding takes any further administrative or judicial action. Perhaps we <br />can bring a new perspective to the problem.
