Santa Fe Road Riverbank California <br />Dear Mr. McClellon: <br />I would like to thank you, Ms. Watkins, and Mr. Huggins for meeting with Mr. <br />Bednarek and me last Thursday. We appreciate your willingness to work with us in an effort to <br />resolve the problem of illegal dumping on the former Linch property. <br />This will confirm that it was agreed that on or before July 12, 2000, Delta <br />Funding will submit a proposal for securing the property and for determining the property's <br />southern boundary. It was also agreed that if what is believed to be an earth -covered mound of <br />debris on or near the southwestern edge of the former Linch property, near the railroad right-of- <br />way, is in fact on the property, Delta Funding will cooperate with SJPHS/EHD in investigating <br />the mound. <br />Please call me immediately if this is not in accordance with your understanding or <br />if you would otherwise like to discuss this. <br />Very truly yours, <br />�4 -r1_1 -`_� <br />Sherri M.
