General Liability insurance (including broad form contractual and automobile Iiability coverage), <br />with minimum limits of $2,409,000 combined single limit per occurrence, with Far West's <br />insurance as primary and not contributory, protecting Far West and Customer and its affiliates <br />from claims for personal injury (including bodily injury and death) and property damage which <br />may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Services hereunder, or from or out <br />of any negligent act or omissign or willful misconduct of Far West, its officers, directors, agents <br />or employees. The liability insurance required hereunder shall name Customer and its affiliates <br />as additional insureds, shall contain a waiver of subrogation with respect to the additional <br />insureds, shall be written on an occurrence basis and shall provide that the coverage thereunder <br />may not be reduced or canceled unless 30 days' prior written notice thereof is furnished to <br />Customer.
