Services <br />Far West will render to the Customer the following Services: <br />a. Far West will provide water distribution facility operation assistance and <br />system oversight. Such services shall include — 2,_ hours per month and such services shall <br />comply fully with all applicable federal, state, county and city statutes, ordinances, and <br />regulations. <br />Compensation. <br />a. Customer shall pay to Far West the base payment of $ Zoo. 00 per month. Far <br />West shall bill customer on or about the first(lst) day of each month. Payment from Customer is <br />due on the 15`1' day of each month. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed and added to the <br />following months invoice if the above agreement is not honored. <br />b. Any extraordinary services requested by Customer which exceeds Z hours per <br />month shall be billed at an hourly rate of $ (,roper hour.
