"l'he- RV <br />Park mistakenly submitted construction drawings prepared by HydroScience for the canstructiolt of <br />the subsurface dispersal system. which are not consistent �\ritll the design presented in the RWD. <br />The RV Park; therefore w ilhdraws the HydroScie n.ce drawings. <br />The RV Park will construct rr subsurface dispersal system that is consistent x ith the RWD and the <br />WQO, namely that the Current package plant will remain in operation, and the subsurface dispersal <br />system twill be.instal.lcd as described in the RWD. Additional treatment components will not be <br />installed at the RV park, including buried tanks shown on the HydroScie:nce. <br />The subsurface dispersal system described by the RVtrD curtsists of two dispersal areas: the least and <br />IZlcsl. Disposal Areas, as shown in figure 2 of the Rig%la, Which has been attaclled to this letter for <br />convenience. The 1ZWD describes the subsurl-ace dispersal system required to dispose of <br />\ astowater generated by existing RV Park facilities as well as a proposed expansion of the RV <br />Park. Due to the current economic climate. and that the WQO restricts the Doty rate from the <br />treatment plant to 20,000 gpd or less, the RV Park. will not construct the proposed expansion. <br />Therefore. only the East Dispersal Area will be, constructed al this time. The dispersal area will be <br />constructed asdescribed in the.RWll and illustrated in figure 4 of the RWD, again anaclie.d for <br />Co.nvellience. <br />We appreciaie your willingness to look into this matter on short. notice. 'l he RV Park is aware of <br />the-upcommo August 2 deadline to cease discharge into the go1Ccourse pond, and is prepared to <br />bepin cirnsiruction of the dispersal area as soon as permits are granted by the San Joaquin C'ountti� <br />l;llvironmental Health Department.
