YI <br />w <br />For the permitting year of 2007, analytical testing and reporting to the Environmental <br />Health Department shall be required as part of an operational condition of the permit. <br />The monitoring frequency shall be quarterly, commencing with the first quarter of 2007. <br />The waste water shall be sampled for the following constituents by an employee of a <br />state -certified analytical laboratory: <br />r2) <br />, TN -Total Nitrogen <br />\Nitrate <br />Nitrite <br />Ammonia <br />5) !TKN-Orggnic Nitrogen & Ammonia <br />6) BOD -Biological Oxygen Demand <br />7) TSS -Total Suspended Solids <br />8) pH <br />pH <br />Oxygen Demand <br />Flow' -meter data from the waste water treatment plant shall be included with the quarterly <br />analytical testing reports to Environmental Health Department. <br />copy <br />
