R5-2006-0039 <br />AND CEASE AND DESIST ORDER NO. RS -2006-0040 <br />(NPDES NO. CA0083682) <br />FOR <br />CANADA COVE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP <br />FRENCH CAMP RV PARK AND GOLF COURSE FACILITY <br />SAN JOAQUIN- COUNTY <br />Canada Cove Limited. Partnership (hereinafter Discharger) owns and operates the- French Camp RV <br />Park and Golf Course Facility that provides sewerage service to 196 recreational vehicle spaces, <br />one residential caretaker's home, a Laundromat, and a restaurant/golf course clubhouse. Waste <br />Discharge Requirements (WDR) Order No. R5-2003-0039 (NPDES Permit), adopted by the Central <br />Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Valley Water Board) on 5 May 2006, <br />authorizes the discharge of tertiary treated municipal wastewater to Lone Tree Creek, a water of the <br />United States within the Sacramento -Sari Joaquin River Delta. WDR Order No. R5-2003-0039 . <br />includes effluent limitations for several constituents, with which the Discharger could not immediately <br />comply, therefore, the Central Valley Water Board also adopted Cease. and Desist Order (CDO) No. <br />R5-2006-0040 on 5 May 2006. <br />On -?9 October 2009, the Discharger submitted a Report of Waste, ischarg,e-prop g discharge to <br />` lanlof the treated wastewater. The proposed land dischar a meets the co4ttens-of St tae Water <br />Resources Control Board's Water Quality Order (WQO) No. 7-1 WQ, General Waste Discharge <br />Requirements for Discharges to Land by Small Domestic Wastewater Systems, and a Notice of . <br />Applicability for coverage under WQO No. 97-10-DWQ was issued by the Central Valley Water Board's <br />Executive Officer on 10 March 2010. The Discharger has ceased all discharges to surface waters and . <br />requested rescission of its NPDES permit.
