Conduct daily monitoring and reporting of discharges to Lone Tree Creek; <br /> Pursuant to Section 13267 of the California Water Code, French Camp Golf and RV Park shall, by <br /> 1 March 2004, submit an Engineering Report conforming to the engineering report requirements of <br /> Section 60323 of Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR), as outlined in Attachment A. This <br /> Engineering Report shall address both the wastewater treatment plant and reclaimed water activities, <br /> and shall be prepared, signed and stamped by a California Registered Engineer, and shall contain all <br /> the information listed in the attached "Guideline for Preparation of an Engineering Report for the <br /> Production, Distribution, and Use of Recycled Water. " <br /> Compliance with Order 95-054 must be achieved as soon as reasonably possible.
