Weber Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Attnt Volda Cutler <br /> bear Madam: <br /> Referring to our recent telephone conversation regarding the septic tang.. <br /> at the above property: Sanitation Permit 17.3~681 was approved on July 31, 1973 <br /> for an 1800 gallon pre-cast concrete septic tank. A copy of the permit is <br /> enclosed. Abandoned septic tanks are a violation of Section 24400 of the Call- <br /> fornia Health and Safety Code and mast be destroyed according to the require- <br /> ments of this District. however, if the. location of the above described tank <br /> Is clasrly marked and protected from being driven over by heavy equlpm0ht, we <br /> will wIthho'14 Taction for one year pending !rale of the poaperty and construction <br /> of a new single family dwelling to be connected to said tank. Additional leach <br /> drain will be necessary, as required to bring they septic c systems into Compliance <br /> with Ordinance 549. <br /> in the meantime, any other abandoned septic tames or cesspools must be <br /> located and filled with soil or sand and the let cleared of all debris. <br /> Please include this letter with escrow instructions when property is sold. <br /> Vera/ truly yours, <br /> Jack J.
