Discharge Specifications 1 ,. The discharge shall not cause a pollukion .. 2 , Neither the treatment nor the discharge shall cause a nuisance„ 3 , Waste materials shall not be disposed of outside of the designated areas shown on Attachment A- 4, The disposal_ areas shall be protected from any washout or erosion of wastes or covering materials., and from inundation which could occur as a result of floods having a predicted frequency of once in 100 years _ 5 , The discharge of Group l wastes at this sate shall be limited to the materials listed below : a , Pesticide container washwater,. V Other selected materials approved by the Executive Officer_ 6a Group 1 waste materials and any water that has contacted the waste materials shall be contained in the area desig- nated for Group 1 waste disposal , 7, Waste confinement: barriers shall be protected and main- tained to ensure their effectiveness , 8 , A minimum freeboard of two feet shall be maintained in the wastewater holding facilities,. 9 , Surface drainage from tributary areas,, and internal site drainage from surface or subsurface sources shall not contact or percolate. through Group 2. wastes discharged at the site. A Excavations made for discharge of wastes shall not ex- tend below elevation 15 f=eet USGS datum, 11 . Exterior_ surfaces of the disposal area shall be graded to promote lateral runoff of precipitation and to pre- vent ponding., _ 2 _
