Corrected on site, items inside reach-in were relocated to walk-in <br /> cooler. <br /> The soft serve mix inside the machine was 57 F. Maintain PHFs at 41 F or below at all times. Corrected on site, soft serve <br /> machine will not be used until the mix inside is discarded and the unit is cleaned, sign was posted on machine by manager. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hamburger patties in the freezer portion of the 2 dr Randel freezer/cooler were uncovered.
