t14 <br />The LEA and Code Enforcement offices reported that the waste piles had been growing over recent <br />months. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: This is an active illegal' disposal site (surface duMping) and should be - <br />considered as a candidate for cleanup (clean closure) through the AB 2136 Program if an <br />appropriate enforcement order fails to achieve a timely cleanup by the owrir'. The LEA &/or Code <br />Enforcement office should initiate further enforcement actions that will lead to .cleanup by the <br />owner, the County, and/or the AB 2136 Program resources. The Enforceri lint;Order format should <br />incorporate Public Resources Code sections applicable to the AB 2136 Program. <br />(Note: The cleanup of this property should be coordin*ed with the remediatfan of the adjacent <br />property, Bill Lane Dump, 39 -CR -0001.) <br />I <br />
