10 Clean Up Proposal <br />23023 Sante Fe, Riverbank, . <br />The following plan is an endeavor to determine if <br />there is contamination other than solid waste buried on <br />this property. We as well as the county are aware that <br />this ten acre parcel as well as parcels north and south <br />were used as a dump site prior to state and county laws <br />to regulate land use. With this thought in mind we will <br />limit the depth of investigation as neither the county <br />nor do we know at what level the prior dump may have <br />been. We understand there may have been some dumping of <br />small solids of concrete and asphalt. We as owners do <br />not feel that removing this material and hauling to <br />another dump site makes any sense. It is presently in a <br />dump site whether approved by the county or not. <br />There was junk and debri strewn across this <br />property that has and is being removed. We would like <br />to engage the county to assist us (in the interest of <br />county clean up) to provide a dumpster to remove old <br />tires and refrigerators from the property. We plan to <br />entirely fence this property to prevent future dumping. <br />THE PLAN: <br />The size of the area to be examined is <br />approximately as follows 500'long and 70' wide. <br />We will cut 5 trenches 80' apart 21wi.de 81deep and <br />70' long.
