For the issuance of an Inspection Warrant, that the <br />defendant(s) herein have been afforded due process pursuant to <br />County Ordinance Code section 9-1905.3; <br />YOU ARE THEREFORE COMMANDED TO INSPECT, INVESTIGATE <br />AND SEARCH, WHICH INSPECTION SHALL INCLUDE the observation of <br />physical conditions or processes, taking of photographs, taking <br />of video photography, all drums, barrels, tanks, containers and <br />all receptacles capable of holding or storing or hazardous <br />materials or waste samples or their contents, excavating the <br />below the surface to determine the extent of the waste, taking <br />samples of the excavated waste for analysis, excavate where and <br />whenever necessary to obtain evidence or samples, Health and <br />Safety Code ; inspection personnel shall not interfere with the <br />property owner(s) observation of such tests or investigations; <br />AND THIS INSPECTION shall be reasonably conducted so <br />as to effect as minimal an intrusion as possible on the normal <br />operations of the property; <br />AND THIS INSPECTION shall be from property boundary to <br />property boundary for areas specified at: <br />THE PREMISES located at 23201 South Santa Fe Road, <br />jEscalon, in the unincorporated area of the County of San <br />INSPECTION WARRANT <br />-2- <br />
