McClellon, being duly sworn, hereby say: <br />1. I am a Supervising Registered Environmental <br />Health Specialist, employed by the Environmental Health <br />Department of the County of San Joaquin, State of California. I <br />have worked as a field inspector for over 10 years. I have <br />experience in several different programs all related to code <br />enforcement. I currently work in the Solid Waste Program. I <br />have conducted over 400 solid waste inspections in that time. I <br />have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Health <br />Science from California State University at Fresno. I have more <br />than 200 hours of specialized training in various fields of code <br />enforcement, code compliance, field investigation techniques, <br />court preparation. <br />PURPOSE OF AFFIDAVIT <br />2.
