San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Sections 9- <br />1905.3 authorizes the inspection prayed for herein. Your <br />affiant is authorized by the Director, Environmental Health <br />Department, County of San Joaquin, to conduct investigations and <br />inspections of places where violations of the San Joaquin County <br />Ordinance codes, state laws and regulations pertaining to the <br />storage and disposal of solid waste, site closure and the risk <br />that they pose to the public health and the environment. <br />WHEREFORE, your affiant respectfully requests an <br />inspection warrant issued pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure <br />sections 1822.50 et seq. To permit an inspection and <br />investigation of the premises named in the caption above, as set <br />forth fully in the Inspection Warrant, <br />AND to permit the inspection between the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; <br />AND to permit the inspection to be made by means <br />of forcible entry; <br />AND to permit the inspection to be carried out in <br />the absence of the owner or occupant; <br />I affirm under penalty of perjury that the above <br />information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. <br />Robert D.
