ATTACHMENT B <br />November 2, 1977 <br />Mr. bill F. Lane <br />23125 S- HenryRoad <br />Riverbank.-CA 95357 <br />Property located on the west <br />side of Santa Fe Road, 1400' <br />north of the Stanislaus River. <br />Dear Mr. Lanes <br />An inspection made on November 2, 1977 revealed that you-are, operating <br />a disposal site' at the above location without itten approval from the <br />San Joaquin Local Health District. This action is in violation of Title <br />14 of the California Administrative Code, In order to bring this_ property <br />into compliance with this regubition, the following conditions must be <br />corrected: <br />1. Cease all dumping on the above mentioned property. <br />2. All debris consisting of asphalt, concrete, wood, and other <br />scellanious debris must be removed to an approved disposal <br />site or covered with a minimum thickness of 2 feet of compacted <br />cover material with a compactable quality of the existing soil. <br />The above violations must be corrected immediately. A reinspection will <br />be made on November 17, 1977 to determine compliance. <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter contact this office. <br />Very truly yours, <br />JACK J.
