Santa Fe Road; File No. EN -89-280 <br />We have received a report of a possible zoning violation on your <br />property. The zoning ordinance of San Joaquin County does not allow <br />the operation of a dump without a Use Permit on property zoned GA -40 <br />(Section 9-4001.5). An investigation, indicated that this situation <br />exists on your property located at 23201 South Santa Fe Road. <br />We realize that in most instances the property owner is not aware <br />that he is not complying with the County Ordinances. Therefore, our <br />enforcement personnel are available to assist you in determining how <br />this violation can be resolved. Violations that remain for longer <br />than 30 days after notification are subject to citation for an <br />infraction and subject to a fine or fines. Upon conviction, fines <br />can exceed $800.00 for persistent violations. Your early attention <br />to this matter will elimina*:e the need for any further action to be <br />taken. <br />Your property will be reinvestigated on or after March 13, 1989. If <br />no violations are observed our files will be closed.
