Emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers and spill kit), storm drains, <br /> loading area, and the emergency shut off for the fuel tank were not identified on the site map.Add the missing <br /> elements to the site map and make a new submittal in CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER)procedures were not complete. The emergency response plan has <br /> the wrong phone number listed on line C3 as the local Unified Program Agency(UPA). List 209-468-3420 as the <br /> local UPA phone number on line C3. Line E3 is missing the location of th evacuation staging area.Add the location <br /> of the evacuation staging area to Line E3.
