Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 708 HSC 25201.16(f) Failed to properly store and label containers of hazardous waste aerosol cans. <br /> OBSERVATION: An UW aerosol can storage container in the maintenance area (west side of warehouse)was <br /> open and without labeling. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: California Health &Safety Code section 25201.16 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Store the aerosol cans in a closed container in compliance with this section. Label the <br /> container"universal waste-aerosol cans". Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 713 CCR 66273.35 Universal Waste Handler stored waste onsite greater than one year or storage time unknown. <br /> OBSERVATION: One 5-gallon bucket of universal waste-batteries near the maintenance area had an <br /> accumulation start date of 7-1-21, greater than one year from today. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66273.35 Accumulation Time Limits <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of this UW, if it's been stored more than one year, in accordance <br /> with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
