Woodward Ave., Manteca <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. This project shall be provided with public water service. A letter shall be submitted from <br /> the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or are in place, prior to final <br /> approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). <br /> 2. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or <br /> be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> 3. Any existing wells or septic systems to be abandoned shall be destroyed under permit <br /> and inspection by the EHD (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & <br /> 9-1110.4) <br /> 4. Submit two (2) hardcopy sets, or one (1) electronic version, of food facility plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, 114380). The fee will be based on the <br /> current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 5. A valid permit from EHD is required prior to operating food facility (California Retail <br /> Food Code, Chapter 13, Article 1 , Section 14381). <br /> 6. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 7. Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator <br /> must report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and comply with the <br /> laws and regulations for the programs listed below (based on quantity of hazardous <br /> material in some cases).
