Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
Terry/Cody—at MH Creekside we are required to satisfy Condition 5A:
5 Environmental Health Department
a A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination
report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or
current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials,
including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage
tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to the
Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a final map (San Joaquin County
Development Title, Section 9-905.12).
The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment.
I was under the impression the Phase 1 ESA satisfied the surface/subsurface contamination report requirements and
had been submitted to the County Health Department, but speaking with Jeff Wong at the department he does not have
a record of it. Can you confirm if the ESA typically satisfies such a requirement/condition for the County or if we need a
separate report prepared?
Also—Jeff indicated the submittal should be run through the County Surveyor for documenting.Terry who is the best
contact?
1
