Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint investigation.Went to facility. Spoke to manager who called market owner. Spoke to owner on the phone and <br /> discussed complaint. Owner is not aware of the power going out and consented that I inspect the premises. Manager on-site <br /> reported that no one lives at the facility and that they do not have any electrical issues. No power outage occurred during the <br /> duration of complaint investigation.
