COMPLAINANT INFORMED MANAGEMENT OF THE ISSUE AND <br /> THE COMPLAINANT STATED THAT MANAGEMENT JUST BRUSHED THEM OFF <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint investigation. Per Alejandra Reynaga(Manager)they are aware of the complaint. Cockroach was observed <br /> outside at the patio dining. Facility has First Clover Pest Control service once a month. Alejandra Reynaga had pest control <br /> spray outside on the patio when they received the complaint. Did not observe any cockroaches or other pests inside the <br /> facility at the time of the inspection. Did not observe any signs of cockroaches or other pests at the time of the inspection. <br /> Discussed report with Alejandra Reynaga(Manager).
