Lynch Road, Manteca <br /> Inspection Date: 9 July 2021 <br /> According to our records a new water well was drilled at the above mentioned location under <br /> permit and inspection by this department (WP0042246). This letter is to inform you that a <br /> separate permit is required for the pump installation in the new well and for any subsequent <br /> pump repair or pump replacement work if the sanitary seal is broken (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title 9-1115.3). <br /> The pump service contractor or property owner is able to obtain a permit for a new pump <br /> installation and subsequent pump repair or pump replacement work (San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards Section 2.2). Permitting fee is based on current fee schedule. <br /> A 100% penalty fee may be assessed for pump work done without the proper permit filed with <br /> this department (Environmental Health Department Policy). <br /> This department has not yet received a permit for the installation of a new pump for the above <br /> mentioned water well.
